Prints Prices and Packages is where you configure the prices for prints and packages of prints.
You can see in the sample below that PACK A has a 6x8 and an 8x10 print for $40.00
You can have as many print packages as you want but remember that Photo Retailer will try and match the packages in the order they are displayed in the list. So if you put a single 8x10 and 6x8 above the PACK A, it will never match PACK A. So in general, order the packages and prints in descending price order. Simply use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to order them correctly.
To add or edit simply click on the button and you will see a dialog like the one below:
Here you can see that the Output Print Folders are associated with the Package (or single print) price.
Please be sure to set prices for single prints as well in case the order does not exactly match your package configurations.
Using different prices for different "Input Folders"
This is possible by creating multiple output print folders for the same print size. Then you set different prices for these packages. You can associate which output print folders show up for each Input Folder in the Input Folders settings.
For example having 2 Output Print Folders: Portrait 6x8 @ $10.00 and Green Screen 6x8 @ $20.00.
Simply associate your Portrait studio input folder with the former and your Green Screen studio input folder with the latter and your operator will only be able to select the correct price.
If you associate multiple Output Folders with the same print size, your operator will need to select the correct one. This might be convenient in some situations but could lead to operator errors as well.
