You can set up an Input Image Archive to store input images after an initial period.

This archive can be opened by clicking the Open Image Archive button under the Source Images list.

The folder structure of the archive must contain folders named by date, and each day contain folders named by person ID.  This is easy to do using Chiizu Photo File Workflow.  Generally the Person ID can be captured by barcode scanning, then stored in the Chiizu EXIF.  When the files are archived, the date and Person ID can be extracted and used to organize the images into the appropriate folder.

The images of a particular person can then be easily opened by scanning their barcode or typing in their Person ID.  This brings up the dates that they have been photographed and the folder can be easily opened and used for new orders.

A sample folder structure is shown below:

The following three date formats supported in the folder names:

yyyy-mm-dd        eg: 2008-12-01                This is a common format in Chiizu Photo File Workflow

dd-mm-yy        eg: 01-12-08

yy-mm-dd        eg: 08-12-01

Here's the "Open Archive" window that the operator uses to find photos of a person. (up to 90 days old)
