Editing captions is easy. Just click on them and edit the text in the text field.
You can also change the size and color settings or even drag it around on top of the image to resize it.
You can change the alignment, add a shadow or make the text partially transparent for a nice effect.
Here's a font dialog to change the size and look of the text.
You can select the color of the text with the color picker.
