Adding your Templates to the Template Categories Tree

Once you have created your .plt template library, you may wish for these templates to appear in the 'Templates Collection' when a user browses the 'Template Categories' tree.

To install a new template library, simply select 'Tools->Import Photo Layout Templates' from the menu, locate the new .plt template library and press 'Open'. Your new templates will now be added to the template categories tree.

Importing Template Libraries

To install a new template library, simply select 'Tools->Import Photo Layout Templates' from the menu, locate the new .plt template library and press 'Open'. Your new templates will now be added to the template categories tree. You should keep a copy of any template libraries you purchase is a safe location.

Changing the Location of your Templates Folder

When you import template libraries using 'Tools->Import Photo Layout Templates', a copy of the template library is stored in your templates folder. To change the location of the templates folder, select 'Tools->Settings' from the menu. Then select a new folder for your templates.

You should note that if you change your templates folder, and previously installed templates will no longer be installed. To reinstall your templates, simply follow the instructions on 'Importing Template Libraries' above, and select the template files from your old Templates folder.
