Operator selected text is similar to Barcode inputs in that it can be used for file and/or subfolder renaming.
The Operator Selected text is a dropdown list of word(s) that can be selected on the main window of the application.
When the Operator Select Text Field is utilised within the renaming of files for folders, the current value selected is used in the new name.
You can edit the Operator Select Text Field contents by clicking on the Configure operator selected text button within the Settings dialog.
It launches this dialog for editing the text fields available:
Simply add one line per Operator selected text field. When complete, these will appear in the dropdown on the main screen.
