Upon launching the Chiizu Photo File Workflow application, the following window will be displayed.
The main dialog window has four main elements. Follow the hyperlinks for more detailed help.
| 1. | Action Log: This is where the application displays status messages |
| 2. | Run Continuously: Checking this will put Workflow into a mode where it continually loops through the actions. |
| 3. | The barcode entry field is for entering information that can then be utilised for file or folder naming within the action. This is also the input for barcode readers. See barcode and operator input for more information. |
| 4. | The Operator selected text input - also used for renaming files and creating folders. |
The main Settings menu includes the following options:
| 5. | Configure Actions: Click this button to control the actions and other settings that the Workflow application utilises. |
| 7. | Edit ID.TXT files: Click this button to edit the contents of an id.txt file that is stored on a removable media drive. |
| 8. | Backup Settings: Click this button to save all of the programs actions and settings to a file on disk. |
| 9. | Restore Settings: Click this button to restore all actions and settings from a file on disk that was previously created using the 'Backup Settings' button. |
| 10. | Registration: Click this button to purchase registration or to enter registration codes |
| 11. | Exit: Exit the application. |
The Commands menu is used for running Actions associated with a user initiated command.
